Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their VPS/server accounts, including passwords and SSH keys. The Company provides secure access methods but is not liable for breaches resulting from user negligence.
6. Maintenance & Downtime
HostingCraze.in may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or emergency repairs. Downtime is minimized whenever possible, and users are notified in advance of scheduled maintenance. The Company is not liable for temporary service interruptions.
7. Suspension & Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate VPS/server accounts without prior notice in cases of policy violations, illegal activities, non-payment, or activities affecting server stability. Users remain liable for all fees incurred prior to termination.
8. Liability Disclaimer
HostingCraze.in provides VPS and server services on an “as-is” basis. The Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
9. Changes to Policy
The Company reserves the right to update this VPS & Server Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
